Individual Planning Maps

Specifically designed to provide the entire mapping required by the majority of Local Authorities when submitting a planning application.

Can be centred on any location in England, Wales and Scotland.
Are delivered as a PDF via email (1 hour) or as a set of 6 hardcopy prints via Royal Mail (5 working days).

All our planning maps can be supplied with a matching Aerial Photo to aid your planning application.

1:500 Scale planning map.

Covers an area of 80m x 80m. When printed the map is at 1:500 scale- 1cm on the map is equal to 500cm (5m) on the ground.
Based upon rdnance Survey Mastermap®
License allows you to create up to 6 hardcopies. An additional license to create more copies can be purchased when ordering the map.

1:1250 Scale planning map.

Covers an area of 200m x 200m. When printed the map is at 1:1250 scale- 1cm on the map is equal to 1250cm (12.5m) on the ground.

License allows you to create up to 6 hardcopies. An additional license to create more copies can be purchased when ordering the map.

1:2500 Scale planning map.

Covers an area of 400m x 400m. When printed the map is at 1:2500 scale- 1cm on the map is equal to 2500cm (25m) on the ground.
