I cannot see the preview of my chosen area.

Do you run Norton Internet Security? This product is known to mistake our
preview image for an advert and block it. If so then you need to select Tools
> Internet Options, click on the "Privacy" tab and then deselect "block
adverts/pop-ups on this site". Click "Apply" then "Ok" to continue.

It could also be that you are using an old browser, which is not compatible
with our site. Getmapping site will work with Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5
or above and FireFox.

I keep getting redirected to the landing page.

It sounds as if you have cookies disabled. To alter this, go into Tools >
Internet Options, click on the "Privacy" tab and then make sure the sliding bar
is at the bottom. The title should then read "Accept all Cookies". Click
"Apply" then "Ok" to continue.
