Can I have the Aerial Print zoomed in?

The photography shown on the actual purchased prints is more detailed than that shown in the preview on the web site. Click on the samples when ordering to view the detail available. Here at Getmapping we have spent a lot of time and effort to ensure that our prints are the best possible quality. Unfortunately we cannot offer prints that are more zoomed in as this can result in the picture becoming pixelated.

Can I just have an individual property on it?
|

As we specialise in aerial views as opposed to individual properties the Aerial Photo prints show a
neighbourhood or town view, so they will include the surrounding area.

When was the aerial photo taken?
|
|
All of the standard detail photography was flown between April and October in the years from 1999 to 2001. Ultra-detailed photography was flown from 2002 onwards. The exact date of each photograph is given under ‘Date of Survey’ on the product selection page.

Can I get it framed?
|

You can by following the Aerial Print ordering process.

At what height were the aerial photos taken?
|
|
They were taken at approximately 5500 feet.
|

Can I have it delivered to another address?
|
|
Yes. Specify this in the "Delivery Details" page that you will see when ordering.

How long does delivery normally take?
|
|
Delivery is normally within 3-5 working days.
|

How can I pay for an Aerial Print?
|
|
You can pay by cheque if ordering by post, or by credit or debit card if ordering by phone or online.
However, substantial discounts are available by ordering online.

How are the Aerial Prints packed?
|
|
All unframed prints are rolled up and sent in a tube. All framed prints are sent in flat boxes.

How are the Aerial Prints sent?
|
|
All prints are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, except A2 and A3 unframed prints which are sent first class.

I don’t want the Aerial Print that I have purchased. Can I have a refund?
|
|
Your order is protected under The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
If you wish to cancel your order you may do so at any stage. If you are not satisfied with the product
upon receipt please return it to Getmapping plc within 7 working days of receipt and Getmapping will refund
