The People's Map licensing is fair and straightforward:

For professional users the licensing is perpetual. Users can associate their own private data to the People's Map without any ownership transferring to the People's Map Partnership.

The People’s Map is free for personal and private use and also for charities, clubs, societies and volunteer groups when used for non-commercial purposes.

There are a number of commercial off the shelf products derived from the People’s Map.
